Body Electronics
Body Electronics (BE) was developed in the 1970s by Dr. John Whitman Ray who integrated Eastern medicinal techniques like acupressure point holding with Western technology like cellular microscopy. As I understand it, our bodies can be visualized as an operating system that is programmable. As we age, we develop calcifications or "crystalizations" in our bodies. These crystalizations store memories and thereby act as hardened belief systems. Our life experiences have conditioned our reaction to the world and how we experience our realities.
Dr.John Ray found that by infusing the body with essential trace minerals; taking enzymes to enable the body to optimally assimilate nutrients; and applying acupressure point holding, he could de-calcify the glands and break up the calcification build-up that had accumulated in the body over time. Taking this a step further, he recognized that, when a calcification dissolves in the body, it releases the memory or "trauma" that was associated with it at the time of its formation.
Through the use of conscious language, we can identify the feeling, and once we name a thing it no longer has power over us or to control the subconscious.
We'd like to use the hour to talk about our experience and then open up the floor for a discussion and a Q&A.

James and I studied for a month before we attended a BE workshop in Jacksonville, Florida. We began by reading the book written for this modality on Conscious Language and the power of co-creation. We also completed a nutritional cleanse, a body detox and took a colloidal mineral regiment with enzymes every day to prepare for the acupressure sessions.
There is so much to talk about in relation to what the cleanse did for us, how we felt before and after the workshop, what the workshop was like and some of the powerful "AH-HAH" moments that came up for us.
I'm excited to share my experience - especially after Sylvia's presentation last month on how she integrates Yoga into her daily practice for health and well-being. Everyone is looking for healing in one form or another, it's part of why we're here! It's my hope that my story resonates with people and inspires them to integrate their own healing practice into every day.
